All merchandise sold at SPAREPARTS.com has a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects or malfunction, from the date the order was delivered.
Merchandise that arrives damaged must be informed of within 7 business days of the delivery date. Proceeding to use merchandise that arrived damaged (cracks, scratched, missing components, etc.) commits our customers to ownership of the merchandise in the state it was received; voiding its warranty.
All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. Only replacements for the same item purchased will be provided. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer carrier.
SPAREPARTS.com warranty does not cover any damage caused by usage (e.g. improper installation, attempted repair when receiving damaged merchandise, water damage, etc).
Flex cables are inspected for quality prior to shipping, torn or broken flex cables are not covered by our warranty policy.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all merchandise returned for exchange, warranty, refund or repairs. SPAREPARTS.com will cover the shipping costs to send any replacement parts to the customer.
SPAREPARTS.com does not provide reimbursements for additional costs associated with shipping, exchanges, repairs, installations, or time.
To return an item for replacement under our warranty policy, please email us about your case to firstname.lastname@example.org, a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) shall be issued to you ASAP.

International Express Shipping
SPAREPARTS also offers International Express Shipping to most countries abroad the United States of America. If International Shipping is not selected at checkout, SPAREPARTS.com will provide an invoice to capture the remaining shipping balance and complete the total payment for your order. International orders will not ship until complete payment is collected. The cost of our International Express Shipping is a flat-rate of $49.99, regardless of the size of your order.
Depending on where you are located outside the USA, you should receive your order within 5-15 business days after your order is processed. This time frame does not include any delays that may occur if your order is held up by customs or postal carrier. All international orders will be shipped via Priority Mail International and will provide a tracking number. We cannot ship via any method that does not provide a tracking number.
International Shipping rates are paid to the carrier and non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed or undeliverable addresses that were provided by the customer.
